Eastminds provides automated intelligence pipelines that listen to live financial broadcasts and transform unstructured audio into structured, queryable events. The Service is in ongoing development and features may be modified or removed without notice.

All data, insights, summaries, and information provided by Eastminds applications are strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Eastminds LLC is not a fiduciary or financial advisor. You agree that Eastminds LLC holds absolutely no liability for any financial decisions, losses, or damages incurred by you or any third party arising from the use of the Service.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes not attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or scrape large volumes of data from the Service without express written permission from Eastminds LLC.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary knowledge assets, algorithms, design systems, and original content generated natively by Eastminds applications remain the intellectual property of Eastminds LLC. Third-party content (such as YouTube videos and transcripts) remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
